Brad Bolen

President

Brad joined the FloorMax USA team in June 2022. He earned his accounting degree from Messiah University and is also CPA certified. Previously, he worked for RKL for 3 years as an auditor, then was the CFO at EMKA, Inc. for 4.5 years.

Brad enjoys all sports and played basketball during his time in college. His current hobbies include weightlifting, golfing, and serving at his local church. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Sierra, and their son, Silas.

Alx Rahman

Vice President of Sales

As the Vice President of Sales, Alx leads the team responsible to service the needs of our many corporate clients. Having started his career as an installer gave him the tools to successfully complete thousands of projects over the years, including many national rollouts for our valued clients throughout all 50 states, as well as projects in Puerto Rico and in parts of Canada.

Mike Newberry

Vice President of Operations

Mike has over 35 years of experience in the commercial flooring industry where he began his career as an estimator for a local floor covering contractor. During his time in the industry, he has held leadership positions with flooring contractors as well as floor covering manufacturers always focusing on operational improvements and training. He has also served as Chairman for FCICA and contributed to the creation of the Certified Installation Managers (CIM) program. He is himself, a Certified Installation Manager. Mike holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Arlington.In his free time he enjoys camping, hiking, and taking backpacking trips.

Cynthia Bills

Director of Business Development & Marketing

Cynthia joined the FloorMax USA team in July 2018 and is the Director of Business Development & Marketing. She manages a team of associates who are responsible for generating new client opportunities as well as develops advertising and marketing campaigns, manages social media platforms, the company website, and oversees tradeshow logistics.

Prior to joining FloorMax, she was self-employed in the hospitality industry having owned multiple restaurants.

She enjoys spending time with family and loves cooking, practicing yoga, singing, and performing with local bands, and creating art of any kind.

Kathleen Harbaugh

Human Resources Manager

Kathleen is a Shippensburg University graduate with a degree in Public Administration. Since graduating college, Kathleen has grown her skills and experience in Human Resources with an expertise in Recruiting and Employee Engagement. Kathleen worked at a staffing firm specializing in Manufacturing and Logistics before taking on Finance, Accounting, and HR recruiting in the Central PA market. Following that, Kathleen worked at a home remodeling company as their Talent Acquisition Manager and was promoted to the Director of People & Culture.

Kathleen is married to Cody Harbaugh, and they have two little girls, Gabriella (3 yrs. old) and Juliette (1 yrs. old) and two dogs. For fun Kathleen enjoys spending time with her family and making trips to head down to Southern Maryland where her family has a home on the Chesapeake Bay.

Sharon Grefaldeo

Director of Project Management

Sharon has over 20 years in the flooring industry with experience in managing retail store projects, hospitals and tenant improvement operations, just to name a few.

She began her career as an assistant project manager before evolving into positions in accounts payable, project coordination, human resources, and office management. She boasts a vast understanding of flooring projects.

In her role as Director of Project Management, Sharon fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined, while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. Her communication and client service skills enhance FloorMax USA's process-driven management philosophy.

Sharon received her bachelor's degree in Psychology in Manila, Philippines.

Jessica Rust

Controller

Jessica, a Business Management graduate of University of Phoenix, joined the Floormax team in 2016, bringing over 15 years of accounting and human resource experience. Her experiences include the hospitality, automotive and construction industries in the Central PA area. Throughout her career she has worked along and learned from some of the best in the business and continues to feel that learning something new every day is the key to a successful and fulfilling life!

In addition to work, Jessica actively participates in events/fundraisers that help to support domestic violence victims and women’s cancer research. She also loves traveling, trying new things and spending time with her family and friends.
