Shukri Rahman

President & CEO

Shukri is inspired by life experience, various cultures and personal relationships. He has created a contemporary business philosophy with a steadfast dedication to flooring. Shukri combines his expert training and aesthetic intelligence in technical design, art and architecture with influences from travel and adventure. Creating this fusion of experience, knowledge and passion lends a unique perspective to each project.

Shukri's approach is one of collaboration. He believes in working closely with each client, while creating designs that address the clients' individual needs and desires. He specializes in custom flooring design and global sourcing. Some notable projects include: William Beaver House, a 400-unit luxury residential property in New York City; Susquehanna University; Partials at NYU; as well as Trump Soho in Manhattan.

Shukri is now primarily focused on strategic development, working with companies to strengthen their strategic teams and key personnel. As CEO, he has led FloorMax's national corporate accounts division and contract commercial division through ambitious expansions and successful growth periods.

Brian Walker

Chief Financial Officer

Brian joined the FloorMax team in 2016, bringing with him more than 30 years of construction financial management experience. A graduate of Penn State, he has spent most of his career in the Mid-Atlantic area. Throughout his career he has worked for general contractors and subcontractors, developing a keen understanding of the importance of coordinating the needs of customers, clients and owners to achieve success for all parties.

In addition to financial management and analysis, Brian's experience includes all aspects of insurance, surety, business planning and projecting, contract negotiations and day-to-day business management. He is a member of the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), is active in his local church and values time with his family. He resides in Hershey, PA with his wife.

Alx Rahman

Director of National Operations

As the Director of National Operations, Alx leads the team responsible to service the needs of our many corporate clients. Having started his career as an installer gave him the tools to successfully complete thousands of projects over the years, including many national rollouts for our valued clients throughout all 50 states, as well as projects in Puerto Rico and in parts of Canada.

Rick Shukri

Director of Contract Commercial Division

Rick's vast experience in the flooring industry, from sales to installation, has led him to his current role, handling the day-to-day operations in project management, procurement, warehousing and logistics. With prior law Enforcement experience and a degree in criminal justice, Rick has learned the values of integrity, accountability and honor, which he brings to the office with him every day.

Skip Mason

Director of Sales, National Accounts

Skip joined FloorMax USA in March 2019. He brings with him 24 years of flooring industry experience including 5 years of retail management and 19 years with Shaw Industries. During his time with Shaw, was a territory manager for the Retail/Multifamily/Single Family Division and spent the last 4 years as a Corporate Accounts Manager for one of Shaw’s largest customers. Skip lives in the Hummelstown PA area with his wife and two daughters. In his downtime, he enjoys all outdoor activities including fishing and boating. He is an active member of the Life Church of Hershey where he sits on the board and spends time volunteering in various capacities, including Awesome Addies annual golf tournament and ACE International Mission in Jamaica.

Sharon Grefaldeo

Senior Project Manager of National Accounts

Sharon has over 20 years in the flooring industry with experience managing projects in retail stores, hospitals and tenant improvement operations, just to name a few. She began her career as an assistant project manager before evolving into positions in accounts payable, project coordination, human resources and office management. She boasts a vast understanding of flooring projects.

In her role as Senior Project Manager at FloorMax USA, Sharon fosters an environment of teamwork and ensures that strategy is clearly defined, while overseeing performance and maintaining morale. Her communication and client service skills enhance FloorMax USA's process-driven management philosophy.

Sharon received her bachelor's degree in Psychology in Manila, Philippines.

Megan Huffman

Project Coordinator & Procurement Manager

Megan has been with FloorMax for four years and has grown tremendously in the flooring world in that time. Her current job description includes serving as procurement manager and logistics coordinator, and she oversees project bidding. Megan works with sales reps to ensure that we receive fair pricing on materials. For projects we are pursuing, she works to produce the most accurate cost estimates possible to ensure profitable yet competitive bidding. Once a project is awarded, she coordinates with the project manager to procure materials. Megan's responsibilities extend to both regional and national accounts; and with more than 1,000 commercial projects under her belt, her knowledge of overseeing assignments is unmatched at FloorMax. She continues to grow and excel within the flooring world as new commercial projects are being bid every day.

Barry Schwartz

National Sales Rep

Barry has over 25 years of experience in the flooring industry and is part of a family that has been involved in the flooring industry for two generations. He has extensive sales and marketing experience, servicing large multi-national corporation projects from inception and design, through to planning, installation and maintenance.

Having worked with huge retail chains such as Kohls, Walgreens, Dollar Tree, Men's Warehouse, Limited Brands, Disney and more, Barry offers a very unique understanding of clients' needs, as well as the entire flooring process.

David Bolinger

National Sales Rep

David joined FloorMax USA in March 2018. He started his career as an installer and eventually moved into sales. He brings 30 years of flooring industry experience with extensive knowledge in the retail and manufacturing realms. During his employment with Mohawk and Forbo, David worked with some of the country’s largest retail and restaurant chains.

Jessica Rust

Assistant Controller

Jessica, a Business Management graduate of University of Phoenix, joined the Floormax team in 2016, bringing over 15 years of accounting and human resource experience. Her experiences include the hospitality, automotive and construction industries in the Central PA area. Throughout her career she has worked along and learned from some of the best in the business and continues to feel that learning something new every day is the key to a successful and fulfilling life!

In addition to work, Jessica actively participates in events/fundraisers that help to support domestic violence victims and women’s cancer research. She also loves traveling, trying new things and spending time with her family and friends.

Cynthia Bills

Marketing & Business Development

Cynthia joined the FloorMax USA team in July 2018. As a Marketing and Business Development professional she has a wide range of responsibilities such as developing and implementing advertising and marketing campaigns for new and existing product lines, managing social media accounts and company websites, overseeing trade show process including promotional giveaways and presentation materials and assisting the sales team in acquiring new customers.

Jeff Arnold

Strategic Account Manager

Jeff joined the Floormax USA team in August of 2020. He brings 33 years of expertise in the commercial flooring industry. His journey started in February of 1987 as a warehouse manager at age 19. He moved in estimating and project management soon after. From 2000-2005 he owned and operated his own flooring company here in central PA. This was priceless time spent, not only learning how to build a customer base but to understand their expectations. He also spent countless hours in the field making sure jobs were completed professionally, efficiently and on time. He has been responsible for over 100 million dollars of completed projects and has maintained some of the same customers for his entire career. Jeff has been married for 3 years to his amazing wife Cindy and enjoys spending time with his 3 children, 2 step children and his first grandchild. He is coaching football at East Pennsboro HS as the offensive coordinator. As time permits, he enjoys playing golf, riding his Harley and working on home improvements.

Omar Shukri

Project Manager

Omar joined the FloorMax USA team in 2018. He began his flooring career in the field as an installer and quickly moved to managing a crew for residential projects. He is now a Project Manager for FloorMax USA where he oversees accounts for the National Division.

Ramsey Elabed

Project Manager

Ramsey joined Floormax USA in August 2018 as a Project Manager for the National division. His skillset is vast as he has spent much of his life in the industry working with his father; a residential installer. Ramsey’s responsibilities include creating take-offs, quotes, material deployment, scheduling and traveling to supervise new projects.
